A former citizen of the also former USSR and a graduate of The Music Academy of Moldova as well as Indiana University, Gene has been a member of the game development community since the age of 18, when he wrote his first soundtrack for a rather obscure game, Mission 9.

Since that momentous occasion, he has created music and sound effects for such games as Meridian 59, Duke Nukem: Time to Kill, Rugrats Studio Tour, NFL Street, Madden NFL, NCAA Football, NASCAR Racing, Henry Hatsworth in the Puzzling Adventure, and many others. Aside from his passion for music composition and sound design, Gene enjoys exploring dungeons, slaying dragons, inventing steam-powered minions, and visiting distant planets.
