Jillian Hufnagel is the friendly face of 38 Studios when you walk in the door and the warm, helpful voice on the phone when you call. Providing the entire staff with support ranging from basic administrative functions to specialized duties, she is always willing to help. Jillian took a winding career path to 38 Studios, having spent time as a rock climbing instructor, CCD teacher, and art instructor to young children, a scheduler for a large doctor’s office at Children’s Hospital in Boston, and a waitress and bartender.

She is on hiatus from pursuing her degree in art education at the Massachusetts College of Art to focus on being a mother while continuing her personal hobby of painting (including with the studios artists), and photography at home. Jillian is also huge Halo fan, as well as Socom and the Medal of Honor franchise, and a loyal Red Sox fan.
