This position is responsible for the daily management of all test personnel and work performed in the Quality Assurance Department. The QA Manager will maintain and enforce all QA policies, process, and procedures. They are expected to analyze and make recommendations for necessary equipment and personnel to accomplish test goals and objectives. Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with development teams to facilitate test requirements and smooth work flow.
• Create product specific test plan and test cases in accordance with Studio test plan.
• Directly manage daily activities of test team.
• Responsible for test environment and equipment, including build access and distribution.
• Provide reports and recommendations to the QA Director to inform the long term planning and management of the department.

Basic Position Requirements:

Knowledge: Competent skill level in QA processes and procedures. Ability to create test cases. Experience with PC testing required. MMOG experience is a plus. Localization or Hardware compatibility testing familiarity also a plus, but not required.
Competencies: Excellent written/verbal/presentation skills; knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project, Bug Tracking software. Ability to multi-task effectively; attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Education: Bachelors degree in related field preferred. High School diploma or equivalency required.
Experience: 3 years QA experience in the gaming software development field. 1 year of QA management experience in the gaming industry. Must have led a test team on at least two released titles.
